HULL & DECK
2017 Black awlgrip topsides, white boottop, green bottom. Off white cabin house, deck, and cockpit; included moulded-in nonskid. All exterior teak is varnished, except the teak toerails are cetoled. Hand laid fiberglass hull. Off white deck is set in a flange in the hull, then fiberglassed and bolted to form a permanent hull deck joint. 4200 lbs lead ballast keel. Varnished teak cockpit coamings, hatches, handrails and eyebrows. S/S stemhead has integral S/S chocks. S/S bow pulpit and stern pulpit. S/S stanchions with double lifelines and port and starboard gates. Fixed windows, with one opening port in enclosed head; recently rebedded. White cockpit Dodger and S/S frame. Teak companionway and lazarette hatch. Recently rebedded chainplates and all portlights. Custom varnished teak dorade boxes with S/S cowl vents and S/S guards. Edson pedestal wheel steering with S/S pedestal guard and binnacle compass. Varnished teak table and drink holder. S/S steering wheel with elkhide. COCKPIT: Two large, teak trimmed, top opening watertight seats with non-skid surfaces that access deep sail and storage locker. The teak cockpit coamings have port and starboard winch pockets. Self-draining cockpit scuppers. Forward bulkhead mounted nav instruments. Cockpit grate is Cetoled.
TANKAGE
FUEL: 30 gallons in Monel tank (tank recently removed and cleaned). WATER: 70 gallons. HOLDING TANK: yes, new.
ENGINE & MECHANICAL
1998 Volvo Penta Model 2003 diesel, 28 hp, 3 cylinder, FWC. 991 hours as seen on the hour meter. 2024 KGM32B Volvo transmission. Recent cutlass bearing. S/S shaft. New 3 blade fixed prop; spur cutters on shaft. Racor fuel filter, and remote oil filter for easy access. Raw water sea strainer. Rule electric bilge pump. Manual Gusher Whale bilge pump. Owner reports engine was rebuilt in 2001. Replaced head gaskets recently. New single lever shift and throttle controls and new ignition switch.
ELECTRICAL
12V DC system only. 3-12V gel cell batteries, (one start, two house). Engine alternator charges batteries. Circuit breaker panel, installed new recently, with Guest Smart switch.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Interior finished in white painted bulkheads with varnished Mahogany trim and a 6 berth offshore-style interior layout. 6' interior headroom. Teak and holly cabin sole, varnished well. From forward cockpit, entry into the interior accommodations is through the companionway hatch into the main cabin; the companionway steps are movable for access to the engine area behind. Interior is well ventilated with opening overhead hatch, companionway hatch and dorade ventilation. GALLEY: The full-width U-shaped galley features “linen” Formica countertop surfaces, including a hideaway stovetop cover, for plenty of galley workspace. Ports outboard and port and starboard companionway offer plenty of natural light and ventilation. Gimbaled 2 burner CNG stove top with counter cover. Two sliding door storage areas outboard of stove. S/S sink with fixtures and S/S light above; hot and cold pressure water. Freshwater pump, as back-up for galley sink. Electrical panel and instrument gauges. Top-loading, insulated S/S icebox with teak grates; drains to sump tank in bilge. Integrated in the starboard galley area is the nav area. MAIN SALON: Fold-up varnished mahogany drop leaf table is mounted on the port forward bulkhead. Port and starboard transom settees with recently replaced forest green Ultrasuede; both settees slide out to full-width berths. Outboard pilot berths have shelf storage over outboard; pilot berths are covered with same forest green Ultrasuede. Pilot berths have drawer/locker storage below each berth. Large hanging locker is forward. 12V Frigast lighting, mounted port and starboard. HEAD: Opposite the hanging locker is the private enclosed head finished with white mahogany bulkheads with teak shower grate and sump drain. S/S sink with fixtures; faucet/handheld telephone-type shower. Hot and cold pressure water. New shower sump pump. Overhead dorade ventilation. Opening portlight with screen. Solid mahogany door. MASTER STATEROOM: (forward) A solid door separates this cabin from the rest of the accommodations; there is also forward vented double door access to the forepeak chain locker. This cabin features varnished mahogany joinerwork. It is bright and well ventilated with 3 bronze ports and an opening white translucent hatch with screen. Vee berth forward has a filler to form double berth; four upholstered cushions. Seat between vee berth, shelves outboard. Four storage areas beneath the berths. Hanging locker with storage above. Two reading lamps.
ELECTRONICS
2022 Raytheon GPS-plotter, mounted on cockpit bulkhead. 2022 Raytheon depth, wind, speed. Ray Jefferson VHF radio. Danforth Constellation 6” compass with chrome cover, binnacle mounted. Jensen AM/FM/CD player with two speakers.

SAILS & RIGGING: Sails are 2001. Mainsail by North in average condition. 120% genoa by North. 150% genoa and cruising spinnaker off the boat, not used, but in good condition. Harken Roller furler for genoa. Halyards: jib, topping lift and spinnaker. Recently rebedded chainplates. Custom Traveller, recently installed. Aluminum mast and boom; spruce spreaders with lights.
