HULL & DECK:

  • Dark blue Awlgripped hull with white boottop and green bottom.
  • Boat’s hull topsides have been painted at some point.
  • 2022 Fiberglass decks were regelcoated with new non-skid applied to cockpit seats.
  • 2020 S/S stern-mounted boarding ladder.

TANKAGE:

Fuel: 44 gallons in aluminum tank to port; another 44 gallons in new S/S tank to starboard, but never hooked up or used (owner never needed extra fuel).

Water: 110 gallons in two S/S tanks under cabin sole (one 80 gallon and one 30 gallon).

Holding tank: none as composting Airhead is now installed.

Hot water heater: 6 gallon Seaward S/S tank.

 

ENGINE & MECHANICAL:

  • 2000 Isuzu (Westerbeke marinized) 80 hp diesel, 4 cylinder, FWC.
  • Model: A-4BG2; Serial # 48G1NAAACA-11.
  • Under 1000 hours – hour meter was reset when new alternator was installed in 2024.
  • Borg Warner transmission.
  • Racor 500 fuel filter.
  • Mounted engine fire suppression extinguisher.
  • 2020 installed S/S cage over prop.
  • 1 ½” S/S shaft; 3 bladed feathering Max prop.

  • Vessel is wired for 110V AC system but new shower power plug is needed.
  • 2020 Four AGM batteries; 3 house and 1 engine start.
  • 2020 Westerbeke 5kw diesel generator – very few hours.
  • 2024 Westerbeke alternator.
  • Engine and generator start off same engine start battery.
  • 2024 engine fresh and saltwater pumps.
  • 2020 Procharger 60 amp ultra battery charger and outlet.
  • 2022 Marinco solar power vent in head for Airhead ventilation.

ACCOMMODATIONS:

  • For 5-6 in a teak interior with a simulated teak sole in salon and vee berth cabin.
  • Berth cushions are a royal blue.
  • Vee berths with filler in forward cabin with shelves outboard.
  • The main salon has a dinette to port which converts to a double berth.
  • A straight settee berth is to starboard.
  • Next aft to starboard is the enclosed head with a composting Airhead, a S/S sink, and storage lockers.
  • To port is a spacious galley with a Force 10 three burner LPG stove and oven, a Norcold 12V under the counter refrigerator (a secondary refrigerator was installed but not wired – not needed), S/S sink with hot and cold pressure water and dish lockers.
  • One steps up to pilothouse with an L-shaped settee to starboard, the helm to port with helm seat followed by a Nav station.
  • Access to the engine space is below the pilothouse sole.
  • Further aft through sliding companionway door is the spacious cockpit area.

 

ELECTRONICS:

  • 2018 Standard Horizon Matrix VHF with AIS & GPS.
  • 2018 Raytheon Model A Radar & Chartplotter (touch screen).
  • 2021 Raymarine 4000 Autopilot interfaced with Radar.
  • Danforth Constellation compass.
  • Raytheon ST-60 tri data and wind instruments.
  • ACR Epirb – battery good through 8/2026.

 

SAILS & RIGGING:

  • All sails by North.
  • 2023 mizzen sail; 2020 main with lazy jacks.
  • 2022 & 2023 Main and Mizzen have Stack Packs for easy furling.
  • 2022 installed Tides Marine slides for Main & Mizzen.
  • Masts: one is gold anodized and one is silver anodized.
  • Anderson 46 S.T. primary sheet winches; 2 S.T. # 16 halyard winches.
