ACCOMMODATIONS:

  • Typical of the Grand Banks, this yacht is beautifully finished with varnished Burmese Teak joiner work and a varnished teak parquet sole.

  • While natural ventilation affords a great deal of comfort.

  • Natural lighting is equally generous and there is 12V LED lighting throughout, with a number of overhead lights.

  • Starting forward is the private stateroom featuring a vee berth with filler, below which there are several storage drawers accessed under the foot of the berth.

  • Above the berth, the hull is lined with teak "ceilings" and there is a teak access door to the anchor locker at the forward bulkhead.

  • Aft and to port is a voluminous double hanging locker.

  • To starboard is the Head featuring a new electric Raritan fresh water W.C., plumbed via a y-valve to the 50 gallon holding tank with macerator.

  • There is a vanity with S/S sink and new plumbing fixtures, good storage, and an ensuite shower system which drains to a separate sump pump.

  • Up three steps to the bright and airy Salon, Galley, & Lower Helm Station.

  • To starboard is the lower helm station with helm seat, with large storage locker below, full vessel controls and electrical distribution panels.
